How do I know what food to buy?

Each weekly meal plan comes with a list of exactly what to buy for each week. Many diets will just tell you to eat "3 oz. chicken patty with a bun".  Our plan takes out the guesswork. We tell you exactly what brand to buy. 

What kind of food will I be eating?

Our plan uses a variety of brands including Lean Cuisine and Amy's brand of frozen meals just to name a few.  We worked hard to make sure the brands are the most common brands and found in even the smallest grocery stores. 

Is it all frozen food?

No. Our plan includes a mix of frozen and fresh food. This is a high protein diet that is low in carbs.
